I/We accept that Temple Beth Ami does not allow religious or personal exemptions to this policy.I/We hereby give permission for my child to participate in water activities provided as part of our summer program, including but not limited to: wading pools, sprinklers, and water tables.I/We give permission to Gan Ami to use photos of my child engaged in school activities for the Temple website and/or social media accounts.
